CALL FOR ABSTRACTS IS NOW CLOSED
Due to the overwhelming number of Abstract submissions, unfortunately there is a delay in notifying applicants of their results. There will be a delay for all applicants, and we anticipate getting an answer to you as soon as possible.
1. Delegates wishing to present oral or poster presentations should submit their abstracts online for consideration for the scientific programme. Results where applicable, must be clearly presented in the abstract. 2. Abstracts must adhere to the guidelines and be submitted by 28 February 2010 for consideration. Please read the submission requirements carefully as abstracts submitted will not be changed later. 3. Early Abstracts received will be acknowledged and notification of acceptance or rejection will be by email by October 15th 2009.
4. The Congress Scientific Committee reserves the right to select papers and posters for presentation. 5. All presenting authors are requested to be fully registered for the congress by 31 May 2010. If no registration and payment for the 2010 ISRRT Congress has been received by this deadline, the presentation will not be listed in the programme. This measure has been taken to overcome any "no-shows" disrupting the programme. 6. Please Note: The presenting author should be submitting the abstract and not a co-author.
Oral Presentations: Poster Exhibition Presentation - The poster panels should be no larger than 120cm high and 75cm wide. Please be aware that there is no space for excessive sizes.
- Poster Exhibitors are requested to make several A4 copies of their posters for hand-outs for delegates. A4 plastic sleeves will be provided at the poster boards for the poster copies and for business cards.
- Poster Exhibitors will be required to stand by their posters during a lunchtime Q&A session by evaluators.

- Be a maximum of 250 words excluding the title (abstracts over 250 words will be rejected).
